Seems simple enough, but when I went to load the photo, the thumb drive was blank. $15 and time out of my day for a blank thumb drive. You would think they have an extra minute to make sure the photo transferred onto the thumb drive, but apparently not.
- MOMike OlsonDec 10, 20251.0Charged $30 for priority and it was a week later than expected date. Sent a larger package ground the next day and it arrived 2 days earlier than the priority. No accountability. They couldn’t care less if what they tell you is wrong…they got their $30. FedEx and UPS are much better options.

I wanted to make sure it was right and had a question for him. Seriously, back in line to peel off a sticker? To write the return address twice even though it was already on the card affixed to the package? I could swear he enjoyed seeing my so called error and that was the only time he smiled. Intentionally mean to everyone in line not just me. I’m guessing he can’t be fired from his government job or he wouldn’t be there. Never going to Riverside Drive again. It’s not worth the treatment. Don’t know why they ask for reviews if they don’t do anything about it. Looks like most of the 1 stars are about the same guy and he’s gonna bat a thousand without remorse.
