If I didn’t have to give a star at all I wouldn’t. Utterly Incompetent, Especially for International Claims Let me just say, USPS is a complete disaster when it comes to handling anything beyond basic domestic mail. I had a $400 package internationally — fully insured up to 2k — containing rare, 10+ year-old tail lights from a Ford Raider (mazda b series) ( mind you, these parts ARE impossible to replace.) Not only did USPS completely fumble the delivery, but now they’re telling me I can’t even file a claim for the insured value because it was shipped internationally? And it’s up to me to dispute it with the sender ? Are you kidding me? So let me get this straight: you’re happy to take my money for insurance, but when it’s time to actually honor that insurance because you lost or damaged the package, you just wash your hands of it? That’s not just bad service! that feels borderline fraudulent. The level of incompetence, mixed with zero accountability, is infuriating. USPS is somehow still getting away with this , I’ve seen and heard worse stories first hand. But when something goes wrong (which it does) you're left with no real recourse. No answers, no help just automated replies and vague shrugs from customer service. Just a LOSS. To anyone shipping valuable items, especially internationally. DO NOT TRUST USPS. Use a real courier who will actually back up their insurance with action, not just fine print excuses.

What a dumb process to see what PO box is mine... I was given the keys by the rental company... you want people to drive out there.. show you my personal information to tell me what key I already have works... I get it if I am to pick the keys up from the post office sure!! I think its trash the company won't tell us either. Waste of time on everyone's part! They system is rigged to waste your time!!!

Worst delivery service ever! Three times in two months I have had a package delivered to the parcel box and three times the carrier has put the parcel box key in the wrong mailbox! Infuriating! Worst PO I have ever dealt with!
