After experiencing the absolutely worst customer service from a lady working the Draper location, Ben immediately helped me with my package, and even provided me with the best options to go about shipping my item. I was promptly greeted with a friendly interaction, and got my shipping resolved quickly. Please advise all postal workers to have the same effect on customers as Ben did with me on 2/9/26 @ 10:30 am. Very appreciative.
