I was not expecting that because I have never had a package left there. My mailbox is unsecured and I believe my package got stolen. I called customer service and the representative was extremely disrespectful. After telling her that I understood what she was telling me, she kept pushing her statement that it wasn't their fault and it was mine. Like okay I get it but it was soooooo obnoxious and she was unrelenting so I hung up. Customer service sucks.
