I have videoed 2 times where they come to the building and put a sticker on the mailbox, they don't even open the mailbox. 1 of those times it was just an envelope being delivered to the mailbox. They don't even try and knock on our business door or come in to deliver item. We have to go to the South Provo post office every time to pick it up. Very incompetent people working at this location and their delivery people. I have now been waiting on the phone for 1 hr and 5 minutes to complain and still listening to their waiting music. Absolutely Horrible service.
