The customer service at this location is bar none. Hector and Gayle are always so incredibly helpful and bring a smile to my face everytime I interact with them. I genuinely enjoy my trips to the East Bay post office because of them!

I’m in another state and have a very important issue I need to handle with them regarding something I sent, but they won’t pick up the phone and they don’t offer any other way to be contacted. Not the first issue I’ve had with the Provo post office system either.

The indoor after hours parcel/package drop box is frequently jammed. And, even though I can hear lots of activity behind the door, no one ever responds to the bell for service. Super frustrating. I want to give you my business. I want to give you my support. Just can’t.
