    Great service from Mike and Ethan — appreciate these guys! As a former UPS Store employee myself, I’m always paying attention to how things are run, and I’ve got to say Mike and Ethan do a great job. I came in needing some printing and laminating done, and they took care of everything quickly and professionally. They double-checked the files with me, made sure the sizing was right, and the final result looked clean. Both of them were friendly, patient, and clearly know what they’re doing. It’s nice seeing a store where the staff actually takes the time to help instead of rushing people through. If you need anything printed, laminated, or shipped, this location is solid — and Mike and Ethan definitely deserve the credit. Highly recommend this store.

    I went here to print a poster that I need for a conference I will be presenting at. The poster printer failed to properly print my poster, and kept printing it with a very high saturation and completely ruining the colors. I asked for a refund since the printer quality was terrible and I did not want to present a poster in that condition. The worker would not refund me and only offered me a 20% discount. I left the store with no poster, and out over $50.
