  Staples is the best print shop I have used. They have the best premium paper and the ink is beautiful. I haven't been able to find anything better. Their customer service people are so helpful and kind. They work hard to make sure your order is just right. Thank you!

  Very disappointed with my experience. They were able to get my postcards printed within a few hours but the ink was super splotchy. Most of the cards had corners damaged (bent, cut); the employee was aware of this and warned us, I was surprised he was still willing to give them to us. I also had to change my design to make a "bleed space" in the margins, but half of this was printed, resulting in a design different than what I wanted. I only paid $70 dollars for 250, and they gave me lots of extra in case I needed more/in case some were damaged. Can't beat the price, but you get what you pay for. I personally wouldn't recommend printing here, and I really do wish the experience had been better. I needed the cards printed today, otherwise I wouldn't have accepted the order in the state I received it.

  I submitted an online order for something to be printed and online it was labeled as “same day” pickup. When I went into the store the next morning, their printer was broken and they had no information on when it would be working again. I called the Orem location and their printer was also broken, and they said it would be 3 days before they could print anything for me. For a company that specializes in printing, this is pretty embarrassing. The store clerk was inexperienced and couldn’t provide much helpful information other than canceling my order. The only reason why I gave them two stars instead of one is because the store employees were at least polite and apologetic about the situation.
