They had one guy doing ALL returns, regular checkouts etc. Never stepping foot in here again. Oh, someone in line finally got angry enough to say something to the other employees standing around and she just said "ugh, we're busy ma'am" and proceeded to talk to each other about the news.

Waited for 10 minutes in the Amazon return checkout line, while 3 Staples workers conversed about nothing in particular behind the banner desk, while one poor older worker manned both the regular checkout and the Amazon returns. There were about 15 customers waiting in total before the other works, a young man, a young woman, and an older woman, begrudgingly came to help. Terrible store. Go to a different Staples.
