The people in front of me had multiple packages to return, so it understandably took awhile. The line got longer, and at about 5 minutes before they closed, there were about 6 of us in line. The woman behind me had come in with three trash bags full of orders to return and had the audacity to complain about the slow service…like please, it’s not their fault that we all came in right before they closed. The employees were understaffed and obviously rushing to take care of everyone’s needs but they remained calm and courteous. I left because it’s just not worth it to be unkind and impatient with employees who are trying their best to serve customers (me included) who were unprepared and came right before closing.

No one else was in line and the staff member showed up a few minutes late and hadn’t logged in yet. I patiently waited for him to sign in assuming this would be quick since no one else was waiting. Then another online appointment showed up late at which point the employee told me I’d have to come back later and he MIGHT be able to fit me in because he will be backed up throughout the day……keep in mind I was there on time, at opening, no line, with all my application info filled out, and multiple required documents……Why on earth do they even advertise “walk ins welcome” if they can’t finish the simple application.
