When I came in to print, she was super helpful, and when the copies came out a bit blurrier than I anticipated, she helped me reprint them at no extra cost. :’) I don’t often leave reviews, but I didn’t expect to have such a pleasant experience making copies this morning. Awesome.

I went in and the lady behind the counter was very rude. She scammed the QR code I had from Google and she said it looked like I never brought it in. She insinuated multiple times that I was lying and never really brought them in. Also blamed me for not keeping the receipt, I understand I should’ve held onto the receipt but after over a month of not hearing anything I assumed everything was good and threw the receipt away. She repeated blamed me for FedEx not doing their job. Horrible experience that cost me $250. I will not be using FedEx again.
