  This place has came in handy for years. The employees are sweet and super helpful. Easy to self serve but when I need help they always come out and assist me. I love how they teach me to use the equipment to save myself money. Very nice. They charge more if they do it behind the counter but they always are willing to assist in the self service area. Thank you!!!!

  Two months ago I returned some Google Fiber equipment.. the employee helping me told me to take a picture of the tracking incase I need to prove I did ship it back. He said Google Fiber sends people bills stating they never received the equipment. Well sure enough, today I received a bill from Google fiber close to $400 for unreturned equipment! All I had to do was call Google Fiber, give them the tracking number and they took the fee off. I am very VERY appreciative of the FedEx employee who gave me this warning, and told me to take a picture right then and there in the store. I don’t know where my physical receipt with the tracking is, but I do have the picture on my phone and that saved me hundreds of dollars today. Thank you thank you thank you!🙏

  I am writing this review because of how poorly my daughter was treated at this FedEx Office location. She went in needing help printing a document. I was on the phone with her the entire time she was there. When she approached an older male employee for assistance, he spoke to her in a harsh, condescending manner, acting as if she should have already known where the paper was located and the difference between regular paper and resume paper. Instead of explaining or helping, he became angry with her for not knowing. After that interaction, she tried to use the self-service printer to upload her document. She stood there for over 30 minutes, repeatedly trying to get the document to print while the employees took care of other customers and completely ignored her. It was obvious she needed help, but after being spoken to so rudely earlier, she was too anxious and afraid to ask again. When she finally gave up and left, the same employee gave her a dirty, judgmental look on her way out. My daughter, who happens to struggle somewhat with anxiety, was extremely polite and respectful throughout this entire interaction. No customer, especially a young person asking for basic help, should ever be treated this way. Customer service is supposed to be about helping people, not humiliating them. Making a young person feel so small that they leave in tears is not part of the job description. This location seriously lacks professionalism, compassion, and basic customer service. I would not recommend this store unless you already know the store like the back of your hand, are familiar with every type of paper they carry and where it is located, and are comfortable dealing with rude and dismissive staff.

  I have had positive experiences here in the past, but I learned that you have to be very direct in stating what you want and any files you have need to be easy enough for anyone without print experience to print easily. Below is the experience I had and shared in a survey which at the end they invited me to share on Google Review. Normally I would not share this type of experience, but since I was invited to, this is what I wrote: The worker did not understand what I wanted, persisted to try and make me print something after I realized she was not going to be able to do it in time in the correct way, and then my second print was made WAY TOO BIG. I had said I wanted the long edge of my print (the one of two files I wanted printed that I had agreed to print) to be 10 inches. She communicated with me, but was unclear in what she meant and printed the short edge to be 10 inches instead. When I explained what was wrong she was not helpful at all, still charged me for the mistake and expected me to pay more for a correct print, which I clearly turned down. The other of the two prints that I had decided to forego she would not cancel until I had tried to ask her to remove it several times. I was very disappointed, and then when she was done with my order, my mom who was with me had put other items on the counter for checkout and she completely ignored her and tried to help the next people who had walked into the store. It may have been unclear that my mom who was with me was trying to buy items, but the other behavior with my print left me disappointed. I would prefer to just go somewhere else than have this type of experience again.
