I went to the clerk on 11-19-2025. The charge to mail the envelope was $1.07 as I didn't know how many stamps to use. I also bought a book of stamps. To this date, the envelope I mailed still has not arrived to Salt lake City. I did go back in on the 28th & expressed my concern & I was told I should've sent it certified. Doesn't make me feel better as my Grandson hasn't received his birthday card & putting it in a 5x7 envelope to protect it didn't deterr the loss. I've never had a problem with the mail in my entire life. I definitely won't use Price post office again.

Horrible customer service. I was just visiting for the day in price and needed to mail something out for my business. I did it like I always do and stuck the different addresses on the packages on a sticky note. Usually my post office where I live just takes those packages, types in the address, and prints out a label. She would NOT do it! She kept telling me I needed to write down a return address first. So I said ok I’ll just right it down really quick on the sticky notes for her. She said no that won’t work. Then I said I can tell you what it is when you start typing up the label if that works? And she also said no. She provided me with no solution 😂 she just kept saying no. Finally I said do I need to purchased a sticker here in the store and stick it on the package? She just kind of looked at me. I ended up just walking out. I’m going to wait until I’m back home to mail these out.

I will tell you the level of service has dropped so badly that the reputation of the US postal service is in the septic tank. If you live in a community that has a community mailbox and the package is too big to put in the parcel box then they are to bring it to your house. But they can leave it anywhere they want at your house as long as it's on your property. So if you have a front door that's on the side of your house they won't necessarily leave it there they'll leave it wherever is the most convenient so they don't have to actually do their job and just be lazy Good for nothing people. If there was another postal service I would go with them but USPS has a monopoly for regular postal service. the staff at the Price City Post office thinks that they are high and mighty and wonderful people but they are extremely rude and very condescending.
