- BBBurgi Busa2 days ago1.0Delivery is later than Orems and Af's postoffice. We ship a lot of packages and Pleasant Grove seems to hold onto the packages for a day or two before they process them. We track our shipments (so does Amazon) and the other post offices consistanly deliver a day or two earlier. Please fix it your issue. Dropped a package off last night 5:08pm. Last pickup from the Drop bucket is 5:20pm. It should have been scanned in and sitting up at SLC getting processed. Nope..... still show's it's waiting to be dropped off. You all need to get with it. Orem's postoffice doesn't have this lag problem. Your customers desirve better.

I had a package delivered that would t have fit in the mailbox by itself let alone with all the other mail but whoever delivered it forced it in and shut it in the locked box to where I could t get it out so I had to rip it open inside the mailbox and my books that were In it were ruined bc they just shoved it in there without a care even though we have a community locked box where I live for packages and all they had to do was put it in that one and put the key to it in my mail box but no.... Now I have 2 books that were brand new and not so much anymore.. so not happy
