I was standing in line waiting my turn and watched an interaction between Moses, your employee and a customer who brought in a package that had a USPS barcode for shipping. Moses was very kind in the way he communicated with this customer who had waited in line for their turn. Even though you couldn’t take the package, he provided direction for them and even offered to tape up the package well for them. This made me smile and want to applaud 👏🏼 Moses.

Wasted an hour of my time, driving back and forth and standing in line.
