These are the friendliest workers! I own a small business and have a lot of experience with shipping packages and the post office in general, and I’ve loved all of my interactions with the people here. I arrived three minutes before they closed with a package to ship out and the man behind the counter was very kind and said “oh! We’ll get that right on its way!“

Carier wrote note on our box threatening to send box back as unclaimed mail. Because it was in the locker over two days (you know over Thanksgiving while we were out of town). Maybe just deliver packages rather then shoving them in a metal locker they dont even fit in. Maybe USPS shouldn't take on Amazon deliveries if it causes overwhelm on their already overwhelmed system.

Third time I've dropped a package off before 2:00 p.m. and left it on the counter because I had a pre-printed label and they don't bother to scan it the same day. If you are shipping packages do not leave them at the counter, The staff cannot be trusted to scan your package the same day and you the seller will be penalized as a result.

Courier keeps putting my packages in the wrong mailbox. The label clearly has my address so they're either incapable of reading or refusing to.
