- LDLiz D.Mar 17, 20261.0Do not trust them to pack items 'expertly'. Asked to have multiple framed photos wrapped separately. I said I was happy to pay more but the associate didn't seem willing to do that. They didn't wrap them separately and two of the frames got damaged. UPS doesn't offer insurance if you are shipping multiple framed items together, so I am responsible for replacing them. My bad, because I agreed to have them shipped together (thinking that they were going to wrap the frames individually). When I asked if I could get a quote for shipping framed items separately, I was told it would be '4 or 5 times as much'. No real quote. You'd be better off packing items yourself, and taking them some place else.
