I'm constantly making claims asking for refunds from company's because of this incompetent organization. It always says it was delivered and packages wont be there or it says the address is invalid but when its junk mail they have no trouble finding your mail box. It's comical how bad this is.

Staff upgrade needed. Other post offices with average reviews are less intimidating and much more friendly in the SLC valley but 30 minute drive just to avoid the employees WE PAY is nonsense.
