I can't tell you how much I despise USPS. They lose my mail constantly and its always important items. I'm constantly making claims asking for refunds from company's because of this incompetent organization. It always says it was delivered and packages wont be there or it says the address is invalid but when its junk mail they have no trouble finding your mail box. It's comical how bad this is.

Constantly delivers mail to the wrong address, yet never misses a chance to cram my mailbox full of junk mail. The phone is never answered, ever! There are never more than two people working, and they’re rarely attending to customers, which perfectly sums up the lack of accountability and professionalism.

This is fabulous location and lively setting beautiful building. Some staff are great others are too cranky and don't recall we pay their salaries. Staff upgrade needed. Other post offices with average reviews are less intimidating and much more friendly in the SLC valley but 30 minute drive just to avoid the employees WE PAY is nonsense.

It seems as if they do not care at all about the customer.
