- AJA JDec 23, 20251.0Whenever I ship fragile Next Day Air packages (which the UPS general call center told me are meant to be handled with “white glove service”) I use “fragile” “this side up” stickers….and this location nearly always handles the box haphazardly and then seems annoyed when I cringe and say “please keep it upright.” Wish there were somewhere else to ship UPS.

They do this because they understand that it’s an easy way to take advantage of the people, this is because UPS is the only place to return larger items to Amazon. In my area. I’m sure they’re making a lot of profit while exploiting the people. Very unprofessional business from both the employees, manager and company! You should change this.
