They do this because they understand that it’s an easy way to take advantage of the people, this is because UPS is the only place to return larger items to Amazon. In my area. I’m sure they’re making a lot of profit while exploiting the people. Very unprofessional business from both the employees, manager and company! You should change this. This is an awful look for, the business THE UPS STORE. Also i can feel the stares from the manager, bruh is not cooo
