I was really disappointed by the experience I had at the print center. Since they advertise invitation printing, I stopped by to see how my wedding invites would look in person. The first print came out very dark, so I made some adjustments to the design and asked for help understanding how to get a more accurate test print.
Both employees, Mindy and Theresa, seemed irritated that I was there trying to make sure the image was right before placing a full order. Theresa was more helpful, but overall the interaction felt unwelcoming. A friend of mine, who is an amateur photographer, came by to take a look, and when she asked about adjusting print settings, we were told there were absolutely no adjustments available, which didn’t sound accurate.
On top of that, Mindy was openly venting about frustrations with other customers’ orders, including complaints about having to redo work for quality issues. It didn’t inspire confidence, and it made the environment uncomfortable.
I won’t be returning but I felt it was important to share this feedback.

I went in on Saturday for a passport picture and rhe woman I dealt with was nice and friendly. I got the digital picture, drove home to start the on-line process. Unfortunately, the us gov travel site would not accept the photo (and I edited it at least 8 different ways). I called the store and was told to come back and they would retake for "free". I drove back and talked to a lackluster young man whom I assumed I had talked on the phone; he offered no apology for the inconvenience of driving back. I asked if I could use a computer in the store to make sure this photo was good, and was told yes, but I'd have to pay for the time. I asked if he could comp the computer cost and was told no. A little customer service training would go a long way.

I love that Staples is offering a 20% discount for teachers! Unfortunately, in-store prices and products are different then on-line. It ended up costing me a lot more money for the few things I purchased.
