    Had a package that FedEx delivered to me which was the wrong address. Spent an hour on the phone with FedEx to try to get it picked up and sent to correct address. FedEx blew me off on the phone. I finally just dropped it off here and FedEx said they were just going to return to sender rather than try to deliver it to the correct address.

    Wow - what an experience at this location. Maybe the lady at the front desk was having a bad day but rude and short answered. Trying to comply with her requests but not friendly in any sense of the word. Another “great” customer service experience.

    What a waste …. I called to be sure they were open until 7 PM. Got voicemail hell and was not able to reach anyone. arrived 5 minutes before closing and it was already closed.

    I went in here looking for help to renew my passport, and the staff was incredibly unhelpful. I'd already filled out all my paperwork and was looking to just get my photo taken to ship off to the state department. They convinced me to use GovWorks and that they'd take care of the entire process for me. I paid 250 dollars to GovWorks which DIDN'T include the fee to the government. I paid an additional $16 dollars plus $40 dollar shipping. I'm now in over $500 dollars on my passport renewal, which should've only cost $190 MAXIMUM with passport renewal via the state department. STAY AWAY FROM GOVWORKS. I am so worried that I won't ever get my passport now.

    Horrible customer service. The woman refused my prepaid package at 5:58pm. She already locked her door, saw what I had through the window and said no. How hard would it have been to accept it and within business hours no less.
