  Trish was super helpful!!! I came in right before closing and tried to use the self service machine but it didn’t work but Trish helped me ship my package before next week. (I was here on a saturday) Thank you!

  I do not recommend this location for passport services, I had the worst experience of my life regarding a passport application at the USPS in Orem. It involved a woman named SARAH—I’m not sure if that’s her real name. Yesterday, I went to pick up the renewal forms for my minor children’s passports so that I could be prepared to bring everything filled out today. I also asked if I could schedule an appointment, and she told me that they only accept walk-ins between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. The woman who assisted me seemed to be new, or perhaps she simply had no interest in helping; she made a mistake and gave me the forms intended for adults instead. Today, I picked my children up from school before 11:00 AM and went to the USPS Orem. I asked her if she could give me the correct forms, and she immediately began treating me poorly. From that moment on, she was extremely rude. Ultimately, she told me that she didn't have to help me if she didn't want to—claiming that she was the only person working at that time for Passport and that she already had an appointment scheduled, but no one was there yet at the time (11:20am). The problem was that when I asked yesterday about the passport service hours, I was explicitly told that they handle walk-ins between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM they didn’t say anything about that I can make an appointment online. I had pulled my children out of school specifically to get this done. However, when I arrived at the office, she told me that she already had an appointment booked for that day and didn't think she would be able to assist me. Consequently, when my turn finally came—and after I had finished filling out the forms right there in the office because she had given me the wrong ones the day before—she disappeared from her station to avoid helping me. She was extremely rude—I repeat, *extremely* rude and abrasive. I have never encountered a person as rude as Sarah in my entire life. I know she has worked there for 10 years, but if she has spent those 10 years treating people this poorly, it explains why this location has a rating of less than 2 stars. I do not recommend this location for passport services—nor do I recommend dealing with this specific individual—ever. To top it all off, I was unable to complete any of the passport applications for my children; I had to take them back to school, and they ended up missing several hours of class because of this woman and her terrible service.

  TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I needed to drop off a packet for an Amazon return, the rude person behind the front desk with brown skin, probably Latino, told me that I needed to buy tape to close the plastic bag I had and that “ I could not ALWAYS be requesting free stuff”, I said to her “ who are you to say that I’m ALWAYS here asking for free stuff”, she never apologized, and laughed as she walked inside saying “you just want free stuff”… I requested to talk to the manager, she was nice and said she will take care of the situation. This is what happens when individuals with poor education and social resentment are left to “serve” customers.

  have never met a more disrespectful employee. Any question I asked her was met with finger pointing, condescending or rude remarks “it’s your mail not mine”. She finally answered the question after she labeled the package incorrectly- blaming me when I had already previously asked her how it needed to be packaged. I also tried to ask her to place the new label over the old one to which she stared at me and did not do. She also made unnecessary charges to the transaction I didn’t even see until after I left. I’m so upset I will not even go back to fix it.
