Even though she was trying to finish up something, she immediately acknowledged me (which is rare these days). She was able to handle my shipment quickly and efficiently. The service industry needs more Chelsea’s.
- VGVal GunnellMar 23, 20261.0For many years, we have been able to get good service at this office. A recent experience makes us reconsider. We took in a color picture image on a memory thumb drive to be printed. The person who helped us was very attentive and the picture was printed. The employee did not prompt nor did we remember to pick up the thumb drive upon departure. It took a few days before it was convenient to get back and request the thumb drive. The person who addressed the request to give back the thumb drive was very very difficult to deal with. It seemed that the needed to be an interrogation or some dramatic process to request the thumb drive. Multiple attempts had to be made to request that to look for it through the computer system as well as in the back room. There was suspicion given and nonverbal cues stating that they did not believe that they still had my thumb drive. I felt like a criminal being interrogated and not believed. Maybe they should have a process by which they say something like, "Did you remember to take your thumb drive with you?" It was a very sour taste after good experience with the printing of the picture. Distrust seems to be the rule of this office. At least for one of the employees.
