Called multiple times at different times of the day to ask if the card was received and to get it forwarded. Apparently they just don’t answer the phone during the holidays. Let the phone ring multiple times and no option to leave a message. I have now been notified by my financial institution that the card had to be returned back to them. Very disappointing. Just remembered that in the summer I received a notification in my box that a package had been received. They lost the package.
