  Great store! Super efficient, fast service with smart AND courteous employees. I was lucky to have Netanya helping me sort out QR codes and packages with such kind and expert skill one recent day when I had a big bunch of packages. I wondered how it'd all be shipped correctly but Netanya was focused and calm and obviously well trained. So much so, that I asked if her boss was there so I could share my gratitude. When Melissa came over, I recognized Melissa as one who helped me with extra care a different day. While I'm at this, I'd like to also compliment a tall, blonde fellow w curlish hair that has been outstanding too. I appreciate them all! Bravo TEAM. Maureen S

  Had a superior A rating experience at this UPS store today about 12n. Expertly staffed with friendly staff who are experienced and work in a fast paced atmosphere at certain times. At age 71, I needed some help printing email from their computer station. Male employee named Sharp stepped up guiding me in print process. Afterwards he expertly laminated 2 - U S Govt.documents, making sure 2x the sizing was correct for a wallet ID. Please let Sharp know and commend him for over The Top Customer Service from a young man!!

  Pleasant experience. Needed valentines printed and they got them printed quickly and easy to work with. I noticed an interaction with another customer and the employee handled it very calmly. I was very impressed by all the staff.

  I usually have a good experience with this business. Currently out of state and getting a new credit card sent. Called multiple times at different times of the day to ask if the card was received and to get it forwarded. Apparently they just don’t answer the phone during the holidays. Let the phone ring multiple times and no option to leave a message. I have now been notified by my financial institution that the card had to be returned back to them. Very disappointing. Just remembered that in the summer I received a notification in my box that a package had been received. They lost the package.

  The employees are so friendly! I am told regularly about discounts I might use which is SO thoughtful! It really means a lot that others care about helping me out. It's a pleasure every time I go in. The self serve Amazon return kiosks are a huge plus as well!!
