Don’t treat me any differently than if I was returning an item to staples. You as a business took the deal to accept Amazon returns. I will never purchase anything from you after this. Amazon do better, UPS store never does this.

First it was it will be done next week. Then the printer broke. Then they ran out of paper. Then they ran out of ink. Then I was told they would be getting ink the next day and my order would be done within an hour. That never happened. When I called again I was told they actually got ink the day before and my order still was not finished. Then I was suddenly told my order is being printed at another store and shipped here which was never communicated to me at any point. This is December 20th. Christmas is days away. None of my gifts are wrapped because Staples could not be honest or upfront about what was going on. If they could not fulfill the order they should have said so instead of dragging this out for two weeks. Very disappointing experience. I will not be trusting this location with anything time sensitive again.
