She could’ve easily said “since you ordered after 12 pm, your print is not ready, you can come back tomorrow” I would’ve completely understood. Instead she gave me an instant rude attitude which made this first visit very unpleasant.

There were 4 other employees there that were just standing around. I asked if someone else could help with returns and they said they only have 1 employee doing returns. They only have 1 employee doing returns. My thought, If they want to do Amazon returns they need more people.

The people were very helpful, they even offered to carry the box of paper to my car and the price was competitive. What's not to like?

I got screamed at by the employee for coming in at 6:50 and was told to go somewhere else. It was so loud and rude that other customers were looking from across the store. A kind employee at another desk helped me out in a 10 second span. Last time I checked, y'all closed at 7:00 pm not 6:50pm.
