Told me they could tape the box up but wouldn’t be able to print the label for it. Said to drive 10 minutes down the street to a different location. Buy a printer FedEx.

Fedex is a poorly ran company. They don’t tell you when they are going to actually deliver the package. They just show up anytime they want without notice and if you are not home and your package requires a signature then you are out of luck.
The driver allegedly attempted to deliver the package, but he said that nobody was home and then he took a picture of his hand, blocking the camera, and the notes also stated that he left a note on the door which he did not so he is a liar.
I have dealt with this issue before with FedEx and many other people have. FedEx just needs to sell their business to UPS because the business is poorly ran and it’s sad.
I had to call and have FedEx hold the package out of holding facility so I can go and pick it up because I don’t trust FedEx to deliver it and I don’t know when they will deliver it because they lie about it.
If FedEx allowed their customers to contact the driver via text, that would be a game changer for the user experience. If even a FedEx driver just messaged the customer or called the customer letting them know that when they are going to actually deliver the package at a certain time frame even within an hour window that will still change the customer experience.
I just think the FedEx driver was too lazy to deliver my package to my apartment so he lied about it.

Ok, they seem too rush because when I come here to pick up the box but the staff said someone already pick the box up, I was like what?! I told them why the heck they give my box to someone else? I was request to signature with my ID! But they found out they pulled up wrong account and found my box. Thanks God...that was scared me for moment. They need to be more carefully next time...
