I brought in two packages to be sent out and asked the store clerk to print out the shipping labels for me and set up the packages so they could be sent out, which he told me he would do. I made sure that they had access that they needed to the shipping labels to be able to print them out before I left the store. What the clerk ended up doing is haphazardly label one of the packages with both the shipping label and the packing slip attached to the front of the package. He apparently didn't even bother to label the 2nd package. How do I know this? Both packages ended up back at my house the next day. What was supposed to be a quick 5 minute errand turned into a time consuming process of recontacting customer service to re print out shipping labels. I'm going to attach them to the packages myself this time because apparently I can't trust the clerks at FedEx to do it. I will not be coming here again.
