They didn't answer the phone. I've had two packages put in the wrong parcel box or keys given to some other neighbor and I've had the neighbors packages in a locker in the last 2 weeks! Why is Amazon deliveries being delivered by USPS? This is unacceptable. I'll praise great service but tell the truth. So not happy.

I’ve had consistently great experiences at the Ogden Post Office. The staff here are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful—whether I’m mailing something simple or dealing with a more complicated shipment, they always take the time to make sure everything is done right. The lines move efficiently, the lobby is clean and organized, and the team treats every customer with respect. What really stands out is their professionalism. They’re quick to offer guidance on the best shipping options, and they handle busy times with calm, steady service. It’s clear they take pride in their work and in serving the community. If you need reliable mailing or shipping services in Ogden, this post office is a solid choice. Highly recommended.

These guys will close early before the time that they show on Google or their website. Today, they actually close 10 minutes before 5: 00pm. Our taxpayer money it's not being used unwisely. I know they're over work sometimes, but they are falsely advertising advertising their hours online. Advertise your hours accurately, or keep your doors open 5:00 p.m. as you have promoted online...

Contrary to most of the reviews on here, I appreciate the civil service of the postmaster general. Keep in mind - this service is a great example of socialism - you know, that word everyone's so scared of!

Okay, I’m gonna say this mostly because I’m frustrated. After waiting weeks for my package to arrive it finally says it is at my local post office, giving me hope it would be delivered today like it originally said. The delivery time randomly disappeared, thus confusing me. Out of hope though I went and got my mail today and nothing was in the box, making me more annoyed. So I called USPS, and after MULTIPLE tries I finally got through to someone and was told I could just pick the package up, and all I would have to do is show my ID. I drove all the way out there, spoke to the clerk who kind of had an attitude while I was talking to her. I mentioned that I would like to pick up my package, and I showed her the tracking number in order to do so. She seemed confused so I told her I was told I could pick it up today and this is when she started giving me an attitude. Starting off by asking me harshly on who said I could do that, and I just had to tell her the post office clerk because I didn’t know the name. She then went on and said they shouldn’t have told me that and I asked her if I could pick up my package anyways since I was there. She said she could go check and see where it is. She went back and looked, came back and told me she couldn’t find it and I would have to wait till Monday to receive it. So not only is my package now late, but I also got a salty woman, was not allowed to pick up MY almost 100 dollar package after being told I could do so, but I also drove all the way out there for nothing, making me leave empty handed and with a waste of gas as well. Which is just beyond frustrating. I just believe I shouldn’t have been lied too, and gotten an attitude from the worker because the USPS misspoke. It’s not my fault, so why am I the one getting the issues.
