- CTCait ThompsonMar 30, 20262.0I never leave negative reviews. Let me say, the women here are super friendly. That being said- a package I was shipping out (my pottery 🙃)was thrown by one employee to another and landed on the floor right infront of me…. after he picked it up off the floor he said “uh oh I didn’t catch it and it says fragile! 🤭”. I couldn’t even believe it. The other lady said “don’t say that she’s still here!”. What kind of unprofessional crap is happening here hahahaha. So if my customer receives their ceramics item in pieces-I’ll know why. It’s cause yall threw it to one another in front of my face and dropped it. I understand this happens more than not behind the scenes when packages are being sorted. But don’t do that infront of a customer. I got there a little late and there was a line so I was the last person they were helping. God forbid yall have to help a customer 2 min after 5pm even though I got there at 4:40 and stood in line for 20 minutes lol. Not coming to this location again after years of going here, last straw to be honest 😀😀😀
