Shipped a package from here using priority mail 2 -3 day service. The package made it 8 hours and as far as Provo before it was lost. Filed for missing mail and an insurance claim. A lot of hoops to jump through to try to prove the value of my priceless handmade goods. We'll see if I get my $100 back for something I put 30 hours of work and over $200 worth of supplies into. They said I won't get the $17 shipping fees back because that service is not guaranteed.

Worst service i’ve ever received at any establishment. This place would be better off demolished completely.

Don't bother using the redelivery website page, it errors when submitting and it happens 100% of the time and its been a problem for years. Call usps and dont do texting, just use the call to submit the redeliver. BOOM!! Just saved you 2 hrs of pain. Never had mail problems before I moved and this place now takes care of my mail. You dont really have a choice when using them but here is my experience over the years Ordered live bugs, delivered to my parcel locker, I received no key to open said locker, contact this store, told they will tell my mail person to drop of the key, next day no key, call again, gets told the mail person checked the boxes and I didn't need a key because my order of live bugs wasn't in there and I probably had it delivered to my door, I gave them the tracking number to show it said parcel locker delivered, they stated they would AGAIN inform the mail person. Next day still no key. 3 pm, I open my door to go to this store cause I'm sick of it. And outside my door is my box of live bugs. Huh, what about that. Next day, I get an Amazon package delivered to my parcel locker and I actually got the key this time, I open it up and there I find my Amazon package annnnnd, 3 of my live bugs, cuddled up in the corner, they've been there for days. They said it never got to the parcel locker... what about that, crazy huh? They still have occasional problems with leaving locker keys, it happens about 3 times a year. Other problems they have are communications between eachother. I've asked for packages to be held because the address was wrong and they say they will but won't. They dont really know where packages are, in the store or out in delivery. Even getting ahold of them is a 2 hour venture.
