Their drivers refused to deliver packages due to a little road construction even though Amazon, USPS, and UPS have continued to make their deliveries, on a road that is not closed. They said they would have the package delivered to a local drop off point by a given time, we went to the drop off and they had not delivered the package when they said they would. They call from a number that is flagged as spam that cellphones block, then claim our phones our out of service.

I placed an order that said it would be delivered today, I took the day off of work to make sure I was home to sign for it. I made sure to have myself readily available to answer the door asap. Come to see a notification come through saying “unavailable to deliver no one was home” and with the “picture” they’re supposed to take outside showing they attempted to deliver, was black. I checked my ring camera, just to see the fedex driver drive past my house, stop, then flip around. Never even attempted to deliver the packages. I call in to see what we can do to resolve this, just for them to explain that I need to wait until the next business day which is Monday for another attempted delivery. When I already took the day off to be home for the delivery today. They then offer that I can go to the warehouse to receive the package. I have never experienced such poor customer service, their drivers are incompetent as well as their customer service. If you don’t want to do your job, don’t work here????
