However, there are significant issues within upper management that severely impact daily operations and morale. Accountability, especially at the senior level, appears to be lacking. I observed instances where a specific manager's (Jason) unprofessional behavior and lack of contribution were overlooked by leadership. This dynamic created an unequal distribution of work, with only a few employees—specifically Keaton, Jarred, and Jackson—shouldering the majority of the responsibility and heavy lifting. If the owner (Chris) addresses the management structure and ensures consistent performance standards for everyone, this business has the potential to be a truly exceptional workplace. (But I doubt that will ever happen) The company has alot of potential but has a major management problem that sadly keeps them from growing. Sad

When I talked with the owner he promised me to send someone out for a site survey and to get quotes back to me in a week or two and it has been 3 months. I have called and have had no reply. The communication and attitude of this company has been beyond poor. I would not recommend using this company for any kind of cellular or low voltage work.
