Then, when I called a second time, he kept interrupting me when I was speaking, and did not seem to care about my question. He gave me incorrect information, and as a result, my package was returned to sender. I'm so disappointed in this UPS branch, and I will be using 12th Street from now on.

- HNHolly NieldFeb 24, 20261.0My daughter and I dropped two packages off to be returned to Amazon. The two employees were in the middle of dealing with a package they were concerned about. They scanned our return code and gave us a receipt. I received the refund and threw my receipt away. A month later I get an email saying Amazon received the wrong item and they recharged me the $40. I went into the UPS store and they told me there is nothing they can do about because I didn't save my receipt. My daughter was also recharged for her item.
