I didn’t know they were rejected until we were in the middle of our passport appointment that took two weeks to get into. The post office retook them then and there so I didn’t have to leave and come back again. Who in their right mind would leave the passport appointment to have them taken again at UPS (Who didn’t do it correctly in the first place) when the post office would do it (correctly) right then and there. I didn’t realize the post office would take the photos. I will NEVER use UPS again for this service and I would urge others to not as well. Complete waste of money.

Now today, I received an email from Amazon stating they never received the package and charged me again for the item. So I went to this store hoping I could track things down. I was simply told they don't keep any records and they couldn't do anything. Bad business if you ask me. Keep your receipts until the return is received because this store will be absolutely no help.
