- CSCarston SteeleMay 27, 20201.0I wish we could give a zero star rating... I have had nothing but problems with the Nephi usps. If you have a car anywhere near your mailbox they will use that as an excuse to not deliver your mail even if there is ten feet between the mailbox and your vehicle. If your mailbox is on your porch they will refuse to walk the distance of your driveway to deliver your mail. I had a package that was due yesterday and the reason they did not deliver it was because my truck was in my drive way and because of that they would not walk the package to my porch! Here is there statement details on the package: 6:22 PM Delivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessible Nephi, UT US Never met a more lazy service provider in my lifetime!

Got mad because I didn’t hear her ask for my first or last name. Definitely should not be working at a place where you help people. Very unsatisfied.
- JCJacob CallowayDec 17, 20161.0Rude, lazy and very incapable!!! The delivery driver never came out of the truck to deliver my package. I got a slip saying i have to wait two days to pick it up. I went to the post office and was met with apathy and horrible customer service! Drove around looking for the driver... Called the post office and and once again confronted by a rude woman yelling at me. I get that the holidays are a busy time for them, but people are waiting for their packages and for this to be the kind of service recieved im putting my two cents in and letting everyone know that if you have the unfortunate disposition of having to recieve mail in nephi, make sure you arent expecting your mail on time or delivered by professional people. And will DEFINITELY make this issue known to the postmaster.
