Sue, the store manager, was FANTASTIC. Super helpful, friendly, patient… it was taking some time to get it all processed, but she was skillfully working through it, while also helping ensure other customers weren’t having to wait long to be served. I was super impressed by her professionalism and leadership. Thank you, Sue!
- RSRochelle SpeerOct 2, 20251.0now that I’ve seen the other of review, I’m not so surprised, but I wasn’t allowed to pick up a package because I didn’t have the proper documentation and she let me know what would be in the email. Well this is what I see on the tracking and what was in the email that I need my government issued ID that’s it. It didn’t say anything about any addresses or anything specific……. But I’m not allowed to pick it up still because I don’t have the proper documentation so I’m confused and an annoyed that I wasted my time for nothing.
