The incompetence at this location is uniquely terrible, and I continue to not only hardly ever receive my mail, but I continue to get other people's mail. HOW HARD CAN IT BE? CAN YOU NOT READ?????? ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS READ THE ADDRESS, WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT? YOU ALL SHOULD BE FIRED!

They sent it back to slc, provo and now Monday morning my package is delayed because they couldn't figure out the address or whatever. Its currently in mg pleasant waiting to be scanned back out for delivery. What i don't get is they seriously make 2 rounds to our bank of mailboxes ive seen them it's like one delivers mail and the other packages or one delivers and the other brings everything that was missed during the day. Waste of time and resources. A couple years ago I would get my mail by 10am now it could be 2pm-9pm
