It was in a plastic envelope about the size of a throw pillow. It was left there overnight since it was dark last night when I got the mail and didnt see it there on the ground. Ive had several issues and haven't said anything, didn't want to get anyone in trouble but im tired of the terrible service. Last issue was mail shoved in the box and package so tight it was all crambed in there, and hard to get it out.luckily nothing was damaged this time but come on! Issue before that a package was shoved in there so tight the product inside got broke, it was sticking out of the box. Is there a reason they can't walk to the porch? My dog was not outside so no excuse.sidewalks clear. So frustrating!
