- RORN ODec 8, 20251.0Recently mailed a package from Moab to FL, paying $53.00 for "Priority" mail WITH insurance. Tracked it and watched it SIT in Georgia mail facility for 4 + days. This package was eventually delivered, total time for package was 9 days!! This package had my deceased mother's items inside and was sending to her grandson. Also, in spite of marking it FRAGILE, some of the items inside were broken. Irreplaceable and UNBELEIVABLE delay and distress as we waited and waited for reason or WHY? No one knew but I called and spoke to PM who also had no idea or explanation or refund offered. So be careful with precious items! PLUS, WHAT is happening in GA mail facility? Sad because use to be great service.
