  My favorite FedEx! Every single worker is so friendly and helpful. The store manager is so great and you can tell he really cares about his customers. They all deserve raises!

  Ethan & Callie were SOOO helpful! They went above and beyond to take care of us in a pinch. We were in a rush to get things printed and they totally over delivered with their help. Thank you guys!!

  No one in here but me. They weren’t able to look up my account and told me it wasn’t possible ever, which is a lie being that I previously sent every week from another fed ex location. Not a good start. They then asked for the same address multiple times. Staff were very polite but generally just didn’t seem very well trained or able to do much. There was staff there to train them, but even they didn’t seem to know what was really going on. Turned a quick stop into a 35 minute endeavor to send two medium boxes.

  I had an outstanding experience with FedEx, thanks to the incredible team at this location… especially Jackson, Kelly, and Ethan. We had an issue come up, and Ethan, the manager, handled it with such professionalism, care, and urgency. He went above and beyond to fix the problem, and it completely turned the experience around. Jackson and Kelly were just as impressive: friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping. The teamwork, positivity, and customer-first attitude of this entire crew truly set them apart. Their service and care are the highlight of this FedEx location. Huge thanks to all three for making what could have been a stressful situation such a smooth and positive experience
