She often speaks to customers in a condescending and dismissive tone, and I’ve also witnessed her being disrespectful toward some of her employees while I was at the USPS location. As a person of color, I felt that some of her remarks and behavior toward certain staff members were especially inappropriate. I believe her conduct is unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in a supervisory position at USPS.
