- BLBrianna LeJan 31, 20261.0Package delivered to wrong mailbox. Spoke with Rhondella over the phone. Extremely condescending, patronizing, and overall horrible customer service. She kept interrupting and not letting me speak, just repeating same information over and over about how everything was incorrect on my end and what mistakes I had made to end up in situation. Horrible horrible horrible experience I don’t know how she continues to work here with such a dismal level of professionalism. Hope USPS Magna is able to afford some real employees who have their ears checked and customer interactions level tested.

Oscar and Jennifer were super kind regardless of them trying to close to head home and I come to interrupt. Super friendly staff and helped me, and told me how I can do it so now I know for next time. They’re the best.
- JJJordanDec 20, 20251.0The USPS as a whole is a terrible shipping company. The drivers never have the right address, they always deliver late and the packages always go to the wrong address. And good luck contacting them.. it takes 30+ minute to call them minimum and they aren't open on weekends so good luck.
