They do not answer their phones, and when you attempt to reach someone for assistance, you’re either left on hold indefinitely or given no real solution. It’s frustrating to deal with an organization that offers no reliable way to communicate when issues arise. Customers deserve clear answers, accountability, and basic responsiveness especially when it involves important mail and packages. Improving customer support accessibility and actually answering calls would be a good place to start. Right now, it feels like customers are left completely on their own.

I never have any issues when I use USPS locations in Wellsville or Mendon. Logan locations always put me a full day behind.
