Not only was she efficient and detail oriented but she also chased down and wrangled a runaway bobbin I dropped! She deserves a raise.

I told her we didn’t and that the Amazon return instructions said “no box or label needed.” She said yeah you’ll have to bring your own box or buy one of ours for $10-$15. We walked out and went to another UPS store and they gave us no problems and just took the item back. I gave them two stars because they were good all the other times we’ve been here except this one. Edit: After reading the managers somewhat rude response to my review saying I needed to review the instructions from Amazon, I have added a photo of my return instructions from Amazon stating “no box no label,” i didn’t have the original Amazon packaging which Amazon said I needed which may have contributed but like I said the second store took it back no problem. I’ve decreased my review to 1 star

The store was very busy and things were very hectic, but, Eliza took her time and did a beautiful job packing every single gift to perfection, and every item arrived to its destination with zero damage and I am forever grateful to Eliza and your shop for your excellence. You always help us with all of our shipping emergencies! Eliza was a lifesaver!
