  I’ve been going here for a long time, but they truly went out of their way to help me today. Internet was down, and I forgot to print my label. Not ideal, since my printer is packed up for a move, and I’m headed on a business trip. Arcadia was kind enough to let me send the label to her personal email to take care of on her own after I left. WOW! Truly above and beyond; not what I would have expected for something that was MY fault.

  I always have a positive experience at this store! The employees are helpful, kind, and quick to welcome and help. There is quiet or no music playing in the background so it's easy to hear employees and be in the store. I spend a few hours in the store every few months making chores and am always impressed with the service I receive and hear offered to others.

  Kip handed us the review card and pointed us in the right direction, which we appreciated. Now I need to talk about Todd Ercanbrack, because Todd absolutely carried the entire experience. We came in with 15 boxes and he handled everything with incredible speed, organization, and professionalism. What could’ve been a stressful, drawn-out process turned into one of the smoothest UPS visits I’ve ever had. He worked efficiently without rushing us, double-checked details, and made sure every box was taken care of properly. Even more impressive than the efficiency was his attitude. Todd was warm, funny, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. He didn’t just move packages — he connected with us as people. He gave us some great life advice, kept the mood light, and made the whole visit feel easy and memorable. It’s rare to walk out of a shipping store in a better mood than when you walked in, but that’s exactly what happened. UPS is lucky to have someone like Todd representing them. Employees like him are the reason customers stay loyal to a location. He’s professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in doing excellent work.
