While they worked on it, they also found the right adapter, so my dual monitors now perform optimally. As a bonus, they added Velcro straps to my cords to keep them from getting tangled. It’s a small touch, but it really helps. The team is extremely friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely go back if I ever need help again!
