- BSBoe SmithMar 18, 20261.0The worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The mail man can’t even be bothered to close the mail box 90% of the time. They have misdelivered multiple of my packages on multiple occasions to random houses in my neighborhood. If you try to resolve the issue online you can click through endless loops of broken pages on their website. Go ahead and try to call this branch. The phone will ring endlessly and you will reach no one. The only way to resolve any issue with them is going in person to talk to one of the ladies at the front desk. In person they seem to be nice enough but as someone who lives deep in Saratoga Springs it is not convenient to drive all the way to Lehi to deal with something that could easily be fixed over the phone. Absolute clown show over here. The lack of basic reliability and communication is unacceptable. I wish Saratoga Springs had their own post office.
- CKChris KimbleMar 5, 20261.0They sent my package back to sender saying I didn't put the right address on it even thought I double checked it and my address was correct but it already has been sent back to the sender I didn't even have a chance to go to the store and receive it This is another time they have sent my package back to sender for insufficient address I have entered it correctly on both times and mail person seems to refuse my deliveries this needs to be fixed but never will the post office anymore is a complete joke
