During my most recent visit, the CS rep helping me was visibly impatient—tapping her nails while waiting for me to send a return label. When the first email didn’t go through and I had to resend it, she acted annoyed and rushed as I was typing the correct address. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. You’re made to feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Speed doesn’t make up for poor manners, and being efficient is not an excuse for being disrespectful.
