  I've been coming here for a few years and always appreciate the work ethic and customer service – way better than I orignally expected. Their customer support is top-notch, they really went out of their way to help me fix up a print job I was totally stuck on, and the staff? Super friendly and actually know their stuff, jumping in to sort out file issues or explain options without making it feel like a hassle. Thank you Caleb! Seriously guys, from whipping up business cards fast and looking sharp, to mailbox rentals and shredding right there on-site, it’s legit a one-stop shop for all my printing and shipping stuff. Can’t recommend it enough!

  Just had an amazing experience at this UPS Store. I don't usually write reviews but after my experience here I felt the need to shout these guys out. My uncle passed away and printing the program ended up falling into my lap the morning of. In a panic I reached out to this store and they said I got you and they did. Even folded them in half for me which I wasn't expecting, saved me so much time! Very easy to talk to, printed these super quickly, friendly staff. This isn't the closest store to me but not too far away, I will be back to this store for sure.

  The customer service at this UPS Store is always top notch. The staff is super friendly, and they really go out of their way to make things easy. I do all my printing here — church handouts, house plans, posters, and even 5x7 cards — and everything always comes out perfect. They keep the process simple and fast, prices are very fair, and most of the time I get same-day turnaround. It’s so nice having a place nearby that I can count on for both personal and work prints. Honestly, not all UPS Stores are the same — this one is a cut above the rest. I feel lucky to live so close to

  I came in one morning with a return and I guess I had the wrong code, but they let me know it was wasn’t a big deal and helped me through it! Seth, Logan and Caleb made it super easy for me!

  I personally think this store is one of the best operated stores in the valley/ Utah. The personal are very helpful and very efficient when getting their tasks done with customers.. Between Seth, Logan and another characters name that starts with the letter S,.Anytime I have been in there and they get slammed with customers and mass packages to mail, the UPS team comes together and everyone assists fellow members, if their slammed. it's a very well organized store, the communication skills and this team of employees, really stands up for hard workers, plus everyone is genuine and very helpful. If you want to send a package go here, they kick butt and they did very well during the Christmas rush holidays. Keep up the good work to everyone here
