- KLKids Cost A LotFeb 6, 20261.0They are fast, but some of the staff are very rude. During my most recent visit, the CS rep helping me was visibly impatient—tapping her nails while waiting for me to send a return label. When the first email didn’t go through and I had to resend it, she acted annoyed and rushed as I was typing the correct address. There was no greeting, no smile, and no basic courtesy. You’re made to feel like an inconvenience instead of a customer. Speed doesn’t make up for poor manners, and being efficient is not an excuse for being disrespectful.
