- MBMalissa Benade6 days ago1.0Walked out! Clerk wouldn’t stop talking to a customer in front of me, complaining about shipping route and process of USPS. After 4 mins of listening to clerk complaining, I had to leave. Just needed to mail a prepared package. Went to Islamorada instead. In and out in in seconds!

I came in to mail something and they said that they could not print off the shipping label for me and I had to go to a coffee place and get it printed out. It was out of the way, And the other person I worked with did not have any kind of customer service at all. I work customer service and a half for a very long time and I know how customer should be treated and she locks it. If you are going to hire someone make sure that they are doing their all for the customer and they are not. She had me mad and discouraged, and didn’t seem to want to help me with what I needed help with. I felt like she was brushing me off and didn’t want to do her job, Just like next person. I was just another number to her. Anyways, I’m so glad that I got to work with Alisha because she was very helpful and helped me understand everything I needed to do and to take care of. She is the kind of person that needs to be promoted and there needs to be more of her kind working at this location.
