I was gonna give my post one star, However A worker named Alisha turned things right around. I came in to mail something and they said that they could not print off the shipping label for me and I had to go to a coffee place and get it printed out. It was out of the way, And the other person I worked with did not have any kind of customer service at all. I work customer service and a half for a very long time and I know how customer should be treated and she locks it. If you are going to hire someone make sure that they are doing their all for the customer and they are not. She had me mad and discouraged, and didn’t seem to want to help me with what I needed help with. I felt like she was brushing me off and didn’t want to do her job, Just like next person. I was just another number to her. Anyways, I’m so glad that I got to work with Alisha because she was very helpful and helped me understand everything I needed to do and to take care of. She is the kind of person that needs to be promoted and there needs to be more of her kind working at this location.

This post office is the worst. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve dropped off packages/envelopes prior to 5:30 PM (their last stated pick-up time) and the packages aren’t scanned until the following day. I’ve also witnessed employees rolling out the gates to lock up counter service at 5:25 PM, or even earlier. I guess if you aren’t able to make it to the post office until after 5 PM, you’re just out of luck at this location.

There is a woman who works here, I don’t know her name, who is volatile and incredibly rude. You never know if she’ll tag on HUGE amounts to the items or shipping or lose them altogether. I know I 100% guaranteed dropped off a record to be shipped. It still hasn’t shipped 11 days later. She’s nasty and cruel. She does not belong working in customer service. Heavy set, glasses. Works on the back (I can see why). She once came out screaming at me about the way an item was packaged. She didn’t like it. I’ve never have these problems with the Cottonwood Heights post office. She should be out of a job. We all know that federal employees think they can behave however they want without consequences because they are federal employees, but stolen federal property, humiliating customers and adding on outrageous prices when my items were packaged appropriately according to how my selling platform asked is ground for termination. I’ve requested an inquiry into her. She should not be working here. Particularly if she’s stealing items that have been shipped. The two cards I mailed to family haven’t arrived either. My suspicion is she opened them. Get rid of her, and you’ll have a much better post office.

Super fast experience with having to ship 8 packages out a once. Scanned QR codes, printed labels, and off they go. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and fast.
