There is a woman who works here, I don’t know her name, who is volatile and incredibly rude. You never know if she’ll tag on HUGE amounts to the items or shipping or lose them altogether. I know I 100% guaranteed dropped off a record to be shipped. It still hasn’t shipped 11 days later. She’s nasty and cruel. She does not belong working in customer service. Heavy set, glasses. Works on the back (I can see why). She once came out screaming at me about the way an item was packaged. She didn’t like it. I’ve never have these problems with the Cottonwood Heights post office. She should be out of a job. We all know that federal employees think they can behave however they want without consequences because they are federal employees, but stolen federal property, humiliating customers and adding on outrageous prices when my items were packaged appropriately according to how my selling platform asked is ground for termination. I’ve requested an inquiry into her. She should not be working here. Particularly if she’s stealing items that have been shipped. The two cards I mailed to family haven’t arrived either. My suspicion is she opened them. Get rid of her, and you’ll have a much better post office.

Super fast experience with having to ship 8 packages out a once. Scanned QR codes, printed labels, and off they go. The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and fast.

Went in and the worker was a really funny guy, he genuinely made my day. Just joking around, and having fun. We were getting a passport which is usually not a very fun experience, but he was quick efficient and had great customer service. Just a fun guy!

Second time they return my package to the seller without trying to deliver it, when I've been all the day at home waiting for it. No contact, nothing, no attempt to deliver, they just return it, you call them to ask where is your package, they don't give you any answer and they end the call when you get angry with them. Unprofessionals, disrespectful and useless. Even when they return the package back to the seller, it takes for so long. Last time, the seller had to resend me the package with FedEx, it arrived from Florida to Utah in 2 days. It took for almost 2 weeks to go back from Utah to Florida when they returned with no reason... And after "ending" the call, cause they haven't hang up the phone correctly, the 2 employees were talking about my calls and arguing about me for being Spanish and having an Spanish name (difficult to pronounce for them)... The worst postal service with no doubt.
