- LLLanderOct 1, 20251.0Second time they return my package to the seller without trying to deliver it, when I've been all the day at home waiting for it. No contact, nothing, no attempt to deliver, they just return it, you call them to ask where is your package, they don't give you any answer and they end the call when you get angry with them. Unprofessionals, disrespectful and useless. Even when they return the package back to the seller, it takes for so long. Last time, the seller had to resend me the package with FedEx, it arrived from Florida to Utah in 2 days. It took for almost 2 weeks to go back from Utah to Florida when they returned with no reason... And after "ending" the call, cause they haven't hang up the phone correctly, the 2 employees were talking about my calls and arguing about me for being Spanish and having an Spanish name (difficult to pronounce for them)... The worst postal service with no doubt.

- TSTristin ShumwayAug 29, 20251.0Very very poor customer service very rudely spoken and they said they wanted to reschedule me because we were 2 minutes late both the male workers very disrespectful to me and my 70 year old grandma they should both be fired i personally work in sales and i would get fired in a heartbeat if i was that disrespectful to my customers they obviously must have a pretty crappy life if they treat people like that at there job and to make it even worse they had one other couple in the building they were not busy what so ever I hope there employer has a big enough brain to realize they should not have a job there.
