    Angie at this location really went out of her way today. I had showed up to make some copies just as they were closing. They have been so busy lately, but she saw me standing outside and opened the door for me. She was so nice and was willing to go out of her way. The other associates at this location are phenomenal, and are perfectly clear and give me options about what I want to do. They all go out of their way, and that is rare for any business- especially for a busy store like this one. It's a gem. I finally got around to writing a review, they deserve it.

    Fed Ex may want to consider hiring stronger delivery drivers since my order (a vaccuum) wasn't brought to my door but instead left on the grass in front of my apartment building and the only reason I knew it was delivered is because of how loud he had dropped it on the ground.

    Every time I come to this specific FedEx it is an 11/10 experience. The people here are so kind and accommodating and I honestly feel like they are my best friends. I would probably live at this FedEx if I could!

    Hunter (assistant manager) and staff at the Layton, UT location turned what would have been a stressful situation into a rewarding experience. We had a very large and heavy package that needed to be shipped with care and he helped us get it ready to go. The customer service was so helpful and encouraging. We will be changing all of our biz to FedEx from now on. Give this man his kudos.
