- KKkristen kirby1 day ago5.0Place was packed today. Line wrapped around the store. Even with the long line I think the wait was only about 5-10 minutes (15 customers). The employees were amazing, efficient, friendly. It appeared that 2 or 3 were in training, Ilasiaane, (spelling?) assisted me. Nothing but good to say about her. This has become my favorite UPS store. Even as busy as they were they kept it clean and organized.

She walked me through a very simple process to her, but it was a little bit more confusing to me. Not one once that she made me feel dumb, even though it was kind of silly how I knew how to return a package .

I came in 10 minutes prior to closing like a total dork. And she walked me through returning a TikTok package, as if I was her most loved family member. She never made me feel like I was overstaying very welcome , she had a smile on her face and told me that she was happy to help no matter what. please give this girl a raise.

They took about 45 minutes to create something as simple as a shipping and return label, charged me $100 for two day shipping. It’s been 4 days and the package still hasn’t been delivered. This was an extremely important delivery and they totally screwed me over. Moreover the manager took off leaving the facility to newbies in training who couldn’t do simple tasks. And you can’t even talk to them on phone!!!
- AMAngie MasseJan 3, 20261.0I had A LOT of returns and i kmew i did. I tried to make it as easy as possible by labeling all if the returns to match up with the bar code. I dont know what happened but some of the notes on the items fell off and they got mixed up, so I went trough the items and looked up to see what code they would be. I dont know the person's name, but they kept rolling their eyes, kind of tossing my stuff around (example, I pulled out one of the items from the box and kinda to hand it to her and she said, no put it down. I apologized the WHOLE TIME, THE WHOLE TIME. I tried to make it easy but it didn't match up. It was pretty ridiculous. She didnt try to help me, there was a code that I had already scanned so I went through my codes showing them to her and she just said, nope nope nope. I finally just took the item back and left. I understand being busy! But come on.
