- DDDurand Durand3 days ago1.0I had an interaction at your location on April 9 around 9:30 a.m. with a blonde-haired employee. During the transaction, the employee was condescending in tone (making comments like “take a breath” and “we can do this”), which created an unnecessarily tense situation. I was simply trying to complete the transaction efficiently. Additionally, the employee quickly skipped past the customer feedback survey without allowing me the opportunity to respond, which I found inappropriate. This interaction occurred in front of my children and other customers, which made it even more frustrating. I would appreciate it if you could look into this and ensure customers are treated respectfully and given the opportunity to provide their own feedback. After my experience, I looked at recent reviews and noticed similar feedback from other customers describing comparable interactions. That suggests this may not be an isolated incident.
