I have been to 5 USPS stores in the last 3 weeks to ship something and this has been the only efficient, kind, and helpful store I have been to. This restored my faith in public works. Definitely worth the drive from SLC

Never a positive experience! Best case scenario they aren’t rude! And you’d better have everything ready, if not they will not help you! If you have to interact with someone go to a different post office

I ordered a package from a company out east, and I got a notification it was delivered to my mailbox and it wasn't there. Went to the post office the next morning and told them what happened and they had me wait while they looked it up. There was barely anybody in there, didn't wait too long, and was told someone would give me a call. I wanna note I left the parking lot that was almost empty to begin w/. I ended up getting a call not long after I left saying that my package somehow ended up having the same tracking number w/ somebody else's name and address, and then they proceeded to give me the name and address of this person. I then called the store that I had ordered from, and they sent me a pdf of the shipping label they used. I took that back to the post office and showed them the shipping label the company used and was told that that's not what they had and that basically it wasn't their problem. While I was there I mentioned that I could just kindly knock on the door of where it was delivered and they gave me this whole thing about how I can't do that and it wasn't my mail and they wouldn never even give me that information because it's personal information they wouldn't even disclose. I then told them that they already gave me the address and name of the person it was delivered to, and I had already pulled it up on my GPS. They then said it was just a package and to not do that and that if anybody would do that it was them. One of the employees then looked into the parking lot and started asking questions about me truck, mind you there was maybe one other person there. I was told they would email me a letter I would have to send to the company I used. Its just a generic "To whom it may concern" that solely puts blame on the company, and not the post office. I've used that company for a long time, and I've never had problems w/ them. They are even trying to work w/ me to send replacements free of charge because of this post offices mistake. My only concern is that they are gonna ship it out and this post office will send it somewhere else and tell me to kick rocks again. Extremely unprofessional, and the fact they gave me someone else's name and address is absolutely wild. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Also, if your first name starts w/ the letter L and you received some random comic books in the mail, lemme know and I'll pay you a finders fee for them lol. (See, unlike this post office, I'm not just gonna name drop you)
